Shared Understanding

A commitment to studying the philosophy of the Buddha is an invaluable part of training for those intending to stay longer and be more involved. Having an understanding of the damage done by attachment to individualism and materialism is a key to acting on problems greater than ourselves.

Dharma study, reflection, self enquiry and dialectic are key activities in this process. It builds trust friendship and it feeds our ability to cooperate.
